Website policies

How this site works, what you can do with the music and images, and how to get something corrected.

The official Winter Agony website is here to help you listen, watch and follow the band. Every link, player and button on the site leads to something real: a song, a video, the band's own shop, or the band's own accounts. If something leads nowhere, tell the band through the contact page and it will be fixed.

All music, lyrics, artwork and photography on this site belong to Winter Agony. You are welcome to listen, watch, share links to pages, and post songs on social platforms using the players and links the band publishes.

Please do not re-upload the band's music or lyrics as your own work, sell them, or use them commercially without written permission. Licensing enquiries go through the contact page — choose Licensing.

Photographs are shown for viewing first. A download option only appears for images the band has explicitly approved as press assets; everything else can be requested through the contact page.

Winter Agony is open about how the music and visuals are made, including the use of modern and AI-assisted tools in visual and vocal production. That is documented in full in the creative process section of The Band page.

Physical releases are sold through the band's own shop. Checkout, payment, shipping and returns are handled there by the shop that processes the order, under its own terms. This site does not take payments and does not invent shipping or returns terms.

When contribution options are connected, they will be optional and handled by a payment provider. Winter Agony is independently funded, and support never buys influence over what the band writes.

Links to platforms, shops and other sites open in a new tab and take you to services with their own terms and privacy policies. Winter Agony does not control those sites.

If anything on this site is wrong — a credit, a date, a lyric, a spelling — write in through the contact page and choose Website Problem. Corrections are made from the source the band confirms.

Content that is incomplete or unverified is not published publicly. Anything still being confirmed stays in a draft state and appears only inside the site's own editor until the band publishes it.
